I'm an existing customer how do I open an account?

I have online access
If you're an existing customer and have online access, just log in and you'll be able to open most accounts using the link on the left hand side.

I don't have online access
If you've don't have online account already you can open an account in three ways:

1. You can open the majority of our accounts online. You'll be asked to register for online access before you apply
2. Pop into your local branch
3. Call us on 03450 50 50 75 (calls may be recorded to ensure consistent service levels and colleague training), we're open 8am until 8pm 7 days a week.
