Other fees and charges may be applicable depending on the mortgage product chosen, please refer to your Illustration and mortgage offer documents for further details of these fees and when they may be refundable. If you apply for a mortgage online you will not receive advice from us. You will need to make your own choice about which mortgage is appropriate for you and Leeds Building Society will not assess the suitability of that mortgage. Therefore, you will not benefit from the protections of an advised service where Leeds Building Society provides advice and assesses the suitability of your mortgage choices. This is called an execution only transaction.

If at any point during your application you decide that you need advice about your mortgage choices, email us on email@example.com or call us on 03450 50 50 62. Please be aware that we'll need to restart your application over the telephone and you will no longer be able to continue your application online.
