What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you opened the account to let us know what you would like to do with your funds. You need to do this in writing to the address shown above.
We will then refund your balance, including any interest earned and without any early withdrawal penalty.

How do I complain?

We always aim to provide you with the best possible service. Unfortunately, now and again, mistakes can happen. If they do, rest assured we'll do everything we can to sort things out. Should you need to make a complaint you can find out how to do this in your local branch or by calling us. If necessary, your complaint can be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

How do you return my documents?

We’ll return all documents by UK Mail, if you need to send us original passports and driving licences we will send these back to you by recorded post, after we’ve opened your account.

How long until my account is open?

We aim to open your account and return your documents to you within 7 days. However if you would like to open your account today, you can do it online or in branch.

What if I cannot open the forms?

If you can’t open the forms you might need to download Adobe Reader. To download the latest free version of this software visit the adobe website at https://get.adobe.com/reader
