We have a number of mortgages specifically designed for customers looking to remortgage their home.

You can choose from appyling online1 (unless stated below) or over the phone. You can use our mortgage calculator to get a decision in principle today.

Please note that Leeds Building Society does not accept online applications for remortgage product from customers if the purpose of all or part of the funds is for debt consolidation. However applications may be accepted if the application is submitted by a mortgage intermediary providing an advised service.

Please note that applications from landlords with 4 or more mortgaged rental properties (Portfolio Landlords) can only be accepted through an independent financial advisor (IFA) or mortgage broker.

A mortgage of £120,000.00 payable over 25 years initially on a fixed rate for 2 years at 2.49% and then a 1.00% discount on our current Standard Variable Rate of 5.69% for 3 years and then on our current Standard Variable Rate of 5.69% for the remaining 20 years would require 24 monthly payments of £537.35, 36 monthly payments of £668.65 and 240 monthly payments of £726.52.

The total amount payable would be £211,368.52 made up of the loan amount plus interest of £91,333.52 and application fee £0, product fee £0, valuation fee £0.

The overall cost for comparisons is 5.0% APRC representative.
